Free delivery in Hong Kong for orders above HK$600 net purchase. (Except Tong Fuk, $20 delivery fee for orders above HK$600 net purchase.)

Standard Delivery

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email from FAMACY.

  • Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days.
  • Please check your spam or junk email folder if you haven’t received an emails within one hour

Your order will be dispatched by SF Express and you will receive another email with a tracking number from FAMACY once your order has been shipped. If you would like to track your order, enter your tracking number here.

  • Kindly note that it may take up to 48 hours for the SF Express tracking information to be updated on the SF Express online tracking system.
  • We regret that we are not able to provide any weight information regarding your order and shipment at this time.
Lantau Delivery
  • Please pre-order weekly, by Tuesday mid-night to receive delivery on Thursday.
  • For South Lantau (Mui Wo / Pui O / Ham Tin / San Shek Wan / Cheung Sha/ Tong Fuk), deliveries will be packed with ice inside an insulation bag, delivered by Sunset Deliveries
  • For other areas, delivery will be made by chilled storage courier.
Express Delivery

  1. Order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Specific delivery time is not available.
  2. For bulk purchases of more than one box, we will contact you delivery to confirm the delivery date.
  3. In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery, we will arrange another delivery time.
  4. Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. You will be contacted to rescheduel another delivery time.
  5. If delivery is delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different districts or other factors, FAMACY will not be liable for the loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of FAMACY or not.

Pickup at LOCOFAMA, Shop 2 & 3, Ground Floor, 7-13 Fuk Sau Lane, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. 

Self-Pickup available on Monday to Sunday at 12pm to 8pm

Self pick-up in LOCOFAMA is free with no minimum order.


  1. Customers may choose to collect the online order at LOCOFAMA, with proof of purchase including order confirmation number at the time of pickup.
  2. You are required to sign a form confirmation at time of collection and by doing so, the customer shall accept the liability of the products ordered and picked up.
  3. Order must be picked up within three days upon payment. You will be liable for the quality of the prodcuts upon pick up after three days.
  1. Once you place an order, the prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
  2. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability by If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
  3. You shall allow FAMACY/courier company to access the designated delivery location and ensure that a responsible person is at the delivery location provided to receive the order. If such a responsible person is not present at the time of delivery, customers hereby consent to FAMACY/courier company representative leaving the order at the delivery location they have nominated. You will be liable for the order thereon.
  4. Upon receiving the prodcuts, we require your signature for confirmation after your final insepction of the producst. You may nominate someone else to sign on your behalf if you are not present. Any signature on the delivery note shall be considered evidence that the order and delivery is complete.
  5. We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient fails to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
  6. It is your responsibility of the customer to notify us at least six hours before delivery of any change to the delivery address after placing the order.
  7. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion.
