Return & Refund
All products undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers, and we will properly pack all products before delivery, especially for fragile items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please send an email to [email protected] or WhatsApp +852 6329 4678 with your order no., and a picture of the concerned product(s) within 24 hours upon reception. Concerned product(s) must be returned in the original box and must include all the original tags, labels and packaging. Items will not be accepted if they have been used in any way.
Please note that only one exchange/refund request can be made per order.
For food safety reasons, any raw and cooked food items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately after approval and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of FAMACY and it may take approximately 5-7 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
If there is any dispute, FAMACY reserves the right of final decision
