A vegan and gluten-free quiche made of complete protein organic tofu with seasonal dark leafy greens and mushrooms. This savoury quiche is perfect for a light meal or as a filling snack. We choose organic tofu due to high GMO (genetically modified organisms) risk of soybeans, which can cause a myriad of issues such as allergies, inflammation, to hormone disruption.
